Congratulations Noah and Annette! We came, we saw, we offered, we saw another, we offered, we saw another, we offered….and we finally conquered! We were up against multiple offers but I still managed to negotiate $6,000 in closing costs COVERED as well as $3,000 in seller repairs.

Happy Closing Day to Castle, Alexsia, and my new homegirl baby Sloane! Not only did we battle multiple offers and win, their closing costs were covered, AND the seller left them everything in the house including the flat screen TV’s at no extra charge!!! I should also add that this house was decorated so well that we thought it was staged when we first viewed it! I could not be more happy for a more deserving family!!

Buying a house with my wife, who wanted very specific perimeters on a budget while being fickle, turned out to be very challenging. Natasha stayed with it and stayed focused showing us the next few available houses each day eventually finding “the house”. I wont get into it but then it gets real hard because my wife passes away from a clot. Natasha was compassionate and helpful, her team was understanding.
